Open Question: A better way to deal with my falling hopes in Kansas ?

I don't want to be in Kansas. I really don't. I want to be somewhere else, other than here, where there are more opportunities, more places to reach out to. Here, a rural city in Kansas just doesn't cut it out for me. I already feel like I've been held back from what I can do, and I'm getting pretty tired of it. I'm just now starting high school, and I'm feeling very rushed about my future. I don't want to start it here. I want to be someone bigger; to be somewhere grander; to at least have chances to become more ! How do I cope with this ??
