Open Question: when do mlb teams usually have open try outs?

i need to know i know age is like 16 or older i want to try out next year when im 18 but when do they have it these are the team i would like to go to try out for if they have open try out st louis cardinals kansas city royals florida marlins chicago white sox and i have another question say you did really good at the try out and they call you back and they want you to go where starters go for minor leauges would you get paid by the team if you went there thanks...
